OUR HISTORY WAFAB International was founded in 1979 and began its core business building Quick Dump Rinsers (MICROKLEEN QDR SERIES) Follow our progress with the timeline below:
1980 - Developed and introduced the first center feed Recirculating and Filtered Bath to the Semiconductor Industry (CHEMKLEEN SERIES)
1980-1983 - Expanded product line to include Quartz Hotpots and Nitride Etch Systems (MEGATHERM SERIES) 1984-1991- Expanded product line to include Temperature controlled circulators (WHRV and WHO), Immersion pumps, Tube/Bottle Wash Systems and Pump Carts
1995 - Manufactured our first Acid and SST Solvent Wet Stations
1996 - Manufactured our first Semi-Automated Wet Station
1998 - Re-designed Quartz flange to improve heater life
1999 - Re-designed Quick Dump Rinser
2000 - Acquired our first CNC Machine
2000 - Developed our first Gold Plating Station
2000 - Built our first PLC driven Chemical Transfer & Delivery System
2001 - Built our first PLC driven Semi-Automated linear motion Wet Station
2001 - Built our first PLC driven Gold Plating Station
2001 - Manufactured our first PLC driven Fully Automated Robotic Wet Station
2001 - CNC machine upgrade
2002- Ability to weld Teflon products in house
2003- Initiated product and custom equipment design utilizing SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD software
2004- Introduced Ultra-pure in-line heater
2005- Moved to new facility
2006- Hired PLC Programmer full time
2007- Hired Operations Manager
