See examples of some custom equipment in the photos below. | | Stainless Steel Recovery Cabinet This is a 304 stainless steel gravity fed, dual 55 gallon solvent recovery cabinet with complete PLC control and automated drum switch over when full. WAFAB completed the full system assembly on this project. | |  |  |  |  | | | | | | Recirculating and Filtered Cleaning Station This is a fully automated, heated, recirculating and filtered cleaning station for the automotive industry. The system cleans with four different chemicals and has a recirculation loop with filter tied in with the process tank. This system has three separate areas: Chemical Storage, Chemical Processing and Chemical Recovery. WAFAB completed the full system assembly on this project. | |  |  | | | | | | Cascading Sludge Tank This is a polypropylene 3-stage cascading tank. This tank was designed to separate the tool drain from the main AWN. This cascade tank connects to the drain of a lapping/polishing tool to collect the sluge before it is carried to the main drain system. Upon fluid entering the tank, the water fills the first compartment where most of the suspended solids will settle. The second two stages are there to trap any solids that get by during the first stage, greatly reducing the sludge going to the AWN. The removable lid is for easy access to scoop out the captured sludge, 2" fnpt inlet/outlet fittings, and casters with wheel locks. Design and manufacturing completed at the WAFAB facility. | |  |  |
